USER INFORMATION
User Registration – Some areas of this site may require you to have an account in order to access a particular area of the site or to use certain services. Registration requires you to provide us with your first and last name, organization, and email address.
Forms – The information we ask you to provide when you attempt to contact us, register, etc. may include your first and last name, organization, position, email address, nationality, date of birth, ID number, and in some cases your message to us. For returnees, we will ask you for additional information that may be necessary to provide our services and reintegration.
Newsletters – if you have an account, you will receive some letters from us, for example, donors will receive a donation receipt. This is completely voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time.
WHAT WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR
When you visit our website, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log data and details about visitor behavior (e.g., number of visitors to different areas of the website, IP). This information is only processed in aggregate form and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual persons. We do not attempt or allow Google to discover the identity of visitors to our website. We point out when we collect personal data and explain what we intend to do with it.
Personal information may be collected and used for the following purposes:
- To keep you informed about Projeto Resgate/Project Rescue services and activities;

- Necessary information sharing with partner organizations in the reintegration process.
Please note that some of the organizations we work with using other online services such as MailChimp. EVENTS / PROJECT PARTICIPATION – PERSONAL DATA
Participants in Projeto Resgate/Project Rescue events, by signing the list of participants or attending the event, agree that the photos in which they are depicted can be freely used. This material may be used in online communications such as Projeto Resgate/Project Rescue social networks, newsletters, and websites. They also agree that their name, position, and institution may be included in the list of participants and may be shared with other participants, organizers, and third parties as appropriate for organizational reasons.

The information you provide to us is stored on our computers and/or in paper form.
We use physical and technical security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorized persons and from unlawful processing and damage.
